Few before shots
– this house was neglected and required top-to toe maintenance, rebuilding and rewiring with heating also in addition to cosmetic changes:-
During
Tiling, building work and archway rebuilds, electrical installations, air-conditioning unit installation, surface preparation – rendering, skirting boards, plastering and general redecoration.
After
Work carried out included:- installation of new fire doors, new gas oven and kitchen suite, extractor fan, new bathroom suite including bath panels, radiator covers, sliding door replacement and pvc units and infilled panels with like-for-like units; hard-wearing flooring throughout, guttering repairs.
