Terms and Conditions

All prices exclude VAT.
Unless stated all works quoted based on normal daytime hours (Mon – Fri).
Any structural calculations will be the responsibility of the client.
Unless agreed, payment terms 30 days upon completion.
This estimate is an approximation and is not guaranteed. The estimate is based on information provided from the client regarding project requirements. Actual cost may change once all project elements are finalised or negotiated. Prior to any changes of cost, the client will be notified.
All estimates are valid for 30 days from date given.
We can only be held liable for the extent of works carried out by ourselves. No liability shall be accepted in respect of defects in existing installations or in respect of parts not installed by ourselves. We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to property, materials or injuries to individuals caused by the personal actions of the customer or other household members or guests before, during or after such works have been carried out.
Any delays or abortive journeys which the company is not responsible for shall be charged to the customer.
Unless specified within the quotation any works associated with removal, storage and reinstallation of any furniture & fittings are excluded.
